Diego Hidalgo

Diego Hidalgo Demeusois

Founder and CEO

Diego previously worked at the Clinton Foundation, where he helped manage the Sustainable Growth and the Climate Initiative and the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) and was responsible for briefing President Clinton on international issues and foreign leaders. He also worked for Concordia21, a foundation dedicated to social development and humanitarian aid, where he was responsible for the development of the “Future of Spain” initiative. He is a recipient of the 2012 Young Social Entrepreneurs Award, and has been selected as a Young European Leader of 2012 by the Atlantik Forum. He is a graduate from Sciences Po (Paris) and the University of Cambridge, where he wrote his thesis on social networks, and speaks French, Spanish, English, Italian, and German.

Evolved into a passionate entrepeneur, he has taken part in and supported company startups ranging from the financial to the food & beverage sectors. A firm believer in organisational values, he is convinced that companies must contribute positively to their environment.

Montserrat Quiñones

Montserrat studied marketing in Mexico, her native country, and then Advertising and Public relations at the Universidad Europea in Madrid. She has had the opportunity to work in creative departments of international agencies and startups. She loves practising kung-fu and believes that creativity, strategy and technology are all main components in order to reach and impact the right audiences.


Diego Ochoa

Diego holds a degree in journalism from Madrid´s Universidad Complutense and is currently enrolled in a Masters program in Online Marketing. He enjoys sports, gastronomy and rural tourism, and is convinced that the best friendships are made while sharing.

Founding associate

As a former president of Costa Rica (1994-1998), President Figueres has always had a special interest in technological solutions to climate change. Through his work in both the public and private sectors, President Figueres has been at the forefront in confronting the challenges presented by climate change. He was also CEO of the World Economic Forum (2000-2005), and is currently the President of Richard Branson’s Carbon War Room. He is a graduate from Harvard and the US Military Academy at West Point.
